We give you a Career Assessment to complete, which helps us understand your values, interests, strengths and development areas. Your current work situation, key experience and skills are important too, so we’ll also ask you to share a copy of your resume.

Throughout your consultation we take a collaborative approach, which means we guide you towards finding clarity and a practical strategy for change.
