Louise is passionate about helping people succeed in finding rewarding careers. Her genuine enthusiasm, combined with her expert knowledge and sincere desire to help others, ensures her clients outstanding results. She has extensive experience in working with people from diverse cultures, educational levels, employment experiences across all stages of life, providing programs that are individually tailored, holistic and incorporating positive psychology-based techniques.

Offering a wealth of experience spanning industries from Government and Not for Profit organisations to Education, Vocational Rehabilitation and the Resources sector.  Louise has successfully helped many clients including, organisations, business owners, professionals and post-secondary students, to connect their passion with purpose and achieve their career aspirations. Her goal is to assist individuals in making informed decisions about their career development and trajectory, working on areas such as values, strengths, confidence and wellbeing to support them accomplish their personal and professional goals. In addition to one-on-one career counselling and coaching, Louise can facilitate specialised careers-related training programs for organisations on a variety of topics, including life-long career management as well as change and transition.

Louise’s credentials include post graduate qualifications in Career Development, Certificate IV in Training & Assessment and professional development in Motivational Interviewing and Solutions Focused Brief Therapy. She is qualified to conduct career and psychometric assessment tools.

Louise is a Professional Member of the CDAA, NAGCAS and a general member of AHRI. Louise is an active industry contributor and is a past committee member of the CDAA and volunteers career counselling services to the Perth Career Expo.
