Kendal Drew


Kendal knows the courage it takes to change your career. She has over 30 years’ experience across a range of industries including the Defence Force, Mining, Education and Not for Profit sectors. 

Kendal is passionate about increasing occupational wellness within organisations via career management, leadership coaching programs, training and workshops to increase engagement, productivity and joy in the workplace.  Over the past six years, Kendal has delivered career counselling, executive, change and transition coaching to individuals and groups across blue chip organisation and SME’s. 

Kendal’s approach is a combination of enthusiasm, compassion and pragmatism to collaborate with individuals as they work through their present-day challenges to increase their contribution and move forward with confidence and composure. She partners with her clients in analysing their goals, assisting them to construct a clear vision, create actions to help increase their performance, achieve their goals and strengthen career satisfaction.  Witnessing the successful transformation of clients in taking ownership and authoring their career success is the ultimate reward of her work.

Kendal holds a BSocServ (with Distinction) and a GradCert Career Development.  Kendal is a Professional Member of the CDAA, APCDA and a Member of the ICF. Kendal is a qualified administrator of a range of psychometric assessment tools.

Kendal is a general member on the board of Tiny Sparks WA, and a number of local government and professional association committees focusing on increasing engagement in education and training.

Helen Holan


Helen knows business! She has ten years’ experience delivering career management, career transition, outplacement and executive coaching services. Her work in this field sits squarely on a foundation of over 12 years’ consulting, recruitment and commercial experience, including seven years’ experience with PWC and PKF.  

This experience, combined with coaching qualifications and expertise, puts Helen in the ideal position to partner with clients to develop insights, tools and practical steps to establish and achieve career goals, improve performance and satisfaction at work and ultimately enrich lives.

In addition to providing career management services to a wide range of clients across all industries, Helen has also delivered executive coaching, training and workshops to blue chip companies including BHP Billiton, Bluescope Steel and Horizon Energy as well as smaller businesses.

Helen is a Chartered Accountant. She holds a BSc (hons) Economics and Accounting and a Certificate IV Coaching.  Helen is a Professional Member of the AHRI and CDAA, and a member of the ICF. Helen is also a qualified administrator of a range of psychometric assessment tools.
